What spine arrow do you need?
After you have chosen a shaft type you will need to choose the correct
stiffness or spine for your arrow. Simply go to the arrow selection chart below
for your arrow type and select the proper spine for your setup. You will need
info such as your draw length and draw weight to calculate the proper spine.
The lower the number, the stiffer the arrow. It is always much better to choose
an arrow that is a little stiff than one that is too weak.

Just how straight do you want to be?
All Victory arrows are graded according to straightness. This grade is
represented on the arrow as the “series” of the arrow. The series of the arrow
is designated by a V followed by a number that represents the
straightness tolerance of that arrow. A V1 series has a
straightness tolerance of .001” (That’s read “one thousandth of
an inch”) This means that every arrow in that series will be less than
.001”
out of being perfectly straight. Victory arrows come in various series of
V1-V6 depending upon the shaft model. V1
series designates the flagship arrow of that model and V5 or
V6 series being less costly. Let’s face it though, even a
V6 series with a straightness tolerance of .006”
is so straight (think diameter of a human hair) that the overwhelming majority
of today’s archers will never be able to tell the difference. The choice of
series is strictly a personal one and we will be glad to discuss your needs with
you.
